23 Time Zones, One Solution

In just a few months, iQor built a network to manage the company's warranty exchanges and returns in 55 countries across 23 time zones.

iQor consolidated and managed multiple partners to provide all-encompassing services including retail returns, logistics in remote areas, exchange hubs and liquidation services on third party products.

 

To supplement its own facilities, iQor partnered with UPS in strategic locations to provide inbound and outbound services in 13 other key markets. iQor also partnered with local companies in Asia to provide walk-in centers for drop-off and pick-up of recently exchanged or returned products.

 

iQor also invested in the company's inventory to service countries where custom regulations make it harder to get inventory in and out of country in a timely and cost-effective manner. By outsourcing inventory ownership, iQor assumed the standard inventory risks and costs while allowing the famous hardware brand to focus on its core competencies of product development, marketing and selling.
